Healthy Walking

Healthy walking is costless and ….an action that anyone can make time for .Choosing a walk in the park to remove stress could be more effective than you think.

This is a good way to change your mood. A good way to experience enlightenment when your body and mind have arrived to struggle in darkness.

Breathing… Relaxing… Pulling yourself together… Gathering your thoughts…

It’s a simple way of remind yourself how simple and smooth should everything flow.

How is it possible to recover while walking (in a park, woods or any environment that’s relaxing, away from noise)?

The answer is in plain sight. You are the instrument that can redirect yourself towards well being. While walking, breathing slow and deep… you can realize things about yourself which during daily activities you can’t focus on. This should be your time! Once you discover a side of you that has been obstructed by daily work and thoughts, you are one step closer to feeling better and overcoming stress.

What to keep in mind:

1. Walk regularly – Half an hour each day is a minimum.

2. Find the right track – Some people park their car far away from home… just to walk to it.

3. Use the right footwear – You don’t want to become more stressed out because of corns or base pains

4. Use proper position – No object should obstruct walking in a normal, effortless position (side bags, etc)

5. Feel good about walking! – If you think you are not in the mood for a walk… still, give it a try! but if you know you don’t want to.. than don’t.Try it!

Some people feel good walking in the morning… to breathe fresh air and having the feeling that the entire day is going to be extraordinary. They are going to do great!

Others prefer healthy walking during night time or in the evenings, as a perfect moment of relaxation and thinking about the day that has passed.

Either way.. it doesn’t cost you anything… and best of all.. it keeps you healthy (improving cardiovascular condition, eliminating anxiety, reducing stress)
